Giving presentations is an important part of our student, as well as our professional, lives. But boy oh boy, do we hate making slides manually on our PCs. Thankfully; there are some solid presentation apps for Android that can help you in the whole process. Whether they are helping you make the actual slides or aiding you in the presentation, these apps will prove to be an excellent tool in your professional or academic lives. After toying around with a couple of different apps, I selected these 5 as the best presentation apps for Android simply because of their utility and ease-of-use. These apps are so good at making presentation slides that I had a good time making them; this is saying something because I particularly hated making the slides back in the school days. I’m one of those guys who love to give presentations but hate making them, so these apps were great for me. I’m pretty sure a lot of people don’t want to slave away making different slides for their projects while they can be preparing for the actual presentation, and these apps will help reduce the production time. So without further ado let’s start with the five best presentation apps for Android list. Furthermore, you can use pre-defined slides and editable graphics like the PowerPoint templates by SlideModel to save time while preparing your presentations. Note: The 5 best presentation apps for Android were tested on a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge smartphone. Apps performed well, and there were no problems faced during the testing. Some of the features may require an active Internet connection but it is not mandatory. Overall, all the apps were remarkably polished and exceeded my expectations.

1. Google Slides

A lot of people dread giving presentations simply because they don’t have good material. Some people make mistakes by using yellow on white and going overboard with the design of their presentations. These great presentation apps for Android will help you in subtle ways by guiding you towards a better design. It was a pleasant surprise to see a simple and at the same time very feature filled app from Google. If you are in the market for a quick presentation maker that allows you to produce good quality slides in a very short amount of time, then this is the app I highly recommend. There are a lot of ways you can get inspired from this app, and I’m sure you’ll be tempted to “borrow” the amazing looking template and use it for your needs. This is the beauty of this app; it gives you a lot of different ideas that you didn’t know about, and everything just clicks into place. Making a slide is very easy in this app, all you need to do is press on the circular Add button on the bottom right side of the screen, and you’re ready to roll. You have your laptop setup with the projector, but you don’t have a Bluetooth controller to move forward the slides. Now you can ask another person to move them for you, but you will have to tell them to advance to the next slide. Thankfully, you don’t need to purchase a separate Bluetooth controller for your presentations; you can use your Android smartphone for this. By using Remote Link made by Asus, you will not only be able to control the presentations but won’t actually have to use any other third-party controller. The only downside of using this app is that you’ll also have to install separate software on your PC. The software becomes the link between your Android smartphone and your PC and allows you to control the presentation slides with ease. I tested this app and found it very easy to set up and use, so I don’t think you’ll have any trouble using this great app. This is not a dedicated presentation app per se, but it has amazing features that allow you to make impressive presentations. I especially like how easy it is to make a presentation with professional looking designs with this great app. You can even use Google Chrome Cast features for presentations. This allows you to connect the ChromeCast to any HDTV and use your Android to project a presentation on-screen. The app even comes with great templates that allow you to whip up presentations without a lot of input. Simply select the template that fits your needs and you can edit it to your personal needs. The best part is you’ll be able to access other features of a full office suite on this app as well. Some presentations only need a slideshow to get a point across. For example, if you’re going to rely on your talking for the better part of a presentation, it is better to have a slideshow of general points going on in the background. This way people will not only indulge more in your presentation but also it will give off a professional feel. Slideshow Maker, just as the name suggests, allows you to make easy slideshows on your Android device. All you need to do is select the pictures you want, choose an optional background music, and you are ready to go. The app is reasonably straightforward to use and gives you a lot of room for creativity. If you want to edit a slideshow more thoroughly, you can do so with ease here. WPS Office is one of the best office apps available on the Android platformand has been on the top for a long time. The app is not exactly a dedicated presentation app for Android, but it does get the job done. If you are in a hurry and need a great quality presentation ready to go, I highly recommend that you check out this app. The app is a full Office Suite and provides a lot of different functionality other than the presentation making ones. I was able to churn out presentation upon presentation in my university days thanks to this app. I even made presentations on the bus with ease. I wholeheartedly recommend this app if you want to do more than just create presentations on your Android smartphone. You will still need to obtain the material yourself but at least you don’t have to worry about a fully functioning animation playing out on screen. These presentation apps deserve to be on the best productivity apps for Android list as well. Just like always, if you have any kind of questions or queries about these apps, please leave a comment below and we will be sure to answer it. Feature Image Credits
