This is probably not for you if you are worried about voiding the warranty of your Huawei, you would never take the chance of bricking your device (although the odds are low), and if you master your phone completely in a manner that’s unsafe. Note that the latter can be considered, both an advantage and disadvantage because it’s a bit of a double-edged sword. It’s great if you know what you are doing, and don’t change any settings in a way that would adversely affect your phone. You will also want to be extra careful to avoid any malware that may harm your phone; as with greater privilege, the destructive software could hurt your device more deeply. Those things aside, rooting your Ascend can make it more enjoyable and exciting. And there are various methods, some easier or faster than others, and some that may work better for your model. We will discuss several kinds. Before We Begin:
Verify your device model number.Know that rooting voids your warranty.Download and install USB drivers on your computer.A full backup of your Huawei Ascend should take place before you ever start the rooting process.
Method 1: How to Root Huawei Ascend Using Kingo Root Without PC
We will include options both for rooting with and without a PC. If you would prefer to use a computer, please see Method 2. For convenience, it’s recommended that you try the APK file without the PC first. Your Huawei will need to have access to Wi-Fi or a data Internet connection. However, the PC method may prove to be more reliable if you experience problems.
Step 1: Unlock Bootloader
Rooting may not even be possible with a locked bootloader.
Step 2: Enable Unknown Sources
This is necessary so that you can download apps outside of Google Play. Another term for this is side loading. Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources.
Step 3: Check Charge
Ensure your phone has 50% charge or greater.
Step 4: Download APK
Download the KingoRoot.apk. Download: Kingo Root APK

Method 2: How to Root Huawei Ascend Using Kingo Root
This method can be accomplished without a PC; but if you prefer to use one, that is an option as well. That PC does need to be running Windows for this method to work. You will have to connect your Huawei to your computer using a USB cable. You will also need an Internet connection, and your Ascend will likely have to have an unlocked bootloader.
Step 1: Allow Installation from Unknown Sources
Visit Settings > Security > Unknown Sources.
Step 2: Charge Phone
Charge your phone battery to at least 50%. If your phone dies during the rooting process, it can cause rooting to fail among other problems.
Step 3: Temporarily Disable Security
Firewalls or antivirus software may incorrectly perceive Kingo Root as a threat to your computer. The method by which you complete this step depends on your version of Windows and the software itself, but the Start button or taskbar can be a good starting point. Don’t forget to turn it back on when you are done.
Step 4: Enable USB Debugging
Go to Settings > About Phone > Build Number. Now tap Build Number seven times. Return to Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging and enable the option.
Step 5: Check Compatibility
