Bonus & Tips

But before doing anything drastic, check the following items first. This saves you the time of having to go through the process of resetting your network settings. You never know, maybe it’s not your device that’s having issues but the network or Bluetooth device you’re trying to connect to.

1. Check the Wi-Fi connection

Every time we experience issues involving network connections, we almost always think our phones are at fault. Well sometimes there just isn’t a network connection.

Solution:

Check to make sure your router is plugged in. If it is, but you still can’t get any signal, then restart the router. If there is no progress, call your local network provider, they may have routine maintenance or technical issues that you are not aware of.

2. See if the Bluetooth device is still working

As I said, you can’t blame it all on your device. Maybe it’s your Bluetooth device that is faulty? Normally, Bluetooth devices have an LED light that indicates the Bluetooth is turned on. If it’s not turned on, that means your phone can’t see the device you’re trying to connect to.

Solution:

Restart your Bluetooth device then connect it again to your phone.

3. Go to a local service shop near you

Is your Android device still not connecting to Wi-Fi, data connection, or Bluetooth device even after doing the steps above? Then, it’s time to see the phone doctor and have your phone checked. If your device is under one year, it’s still covered by the warranty, and you can bring it straight to the manufacturer’s service center. But if not, phone repair shops are everywhere –– you can be sure to find one near you!
